BA K9 Training

I breed German Shepherds, & I have brought numerous dogs to Ben’s Day Training. Each time after a single session I notice a huge difference in the dogs behavior upon coming home. It is clear after observation of the dogs while coming to pick them up and dropping them off that all the dogs here respect the pack structure that they have in place at BA K9. An excellent education for humans an dogs alike. I highly recommend their facilities.

Ben and his team are absolutely amazing! He has not only taught us how to train our dog in an effective manner, he has taught us how to communicate with our dog. We drop our dog off knowing that he will be well taken care of and that he will spend the day not just playing, but learning. When we pick up our dog from Ben, we don’t just show up, grab our pup and leave, we are encouraged to stay, to watch, to ask questions, to learn. I encourage anyone who wants more for their dog - whether it be socializing, training, more exercise, etc… - to seek out Ben and his team. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We first came to BA shortly after adopting our dog Ripley from a shelter nearly 5 months ago. Ripley was a very scared dog, and was pretty people reactive. We had no knowledge on training or what we would need to help Ripley adjust and be a happy go lucky dog. Ben, Frida, Amanda, & Mark have all been beyond amazing. They are always willing to answer any and all questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. I really enjoy sticking around awhile at pick up and drop offs to be able to gain more knowledge and see first hand the work they are doing there! They have not only transformed my scared shelter pup, but they have also transformed how I’m able to work with and give him what he needs to be confident, happy, and content. So much so, that I was confident enough to adopt ANOTHER dog and also bring her to BA and use the tools they have taught me along the way. We go weekly to day training and both my dogs absolutely LOVE it there. I truly can’t believe the difference in my dog from when we first brought him home to now - being able to walk him down the street or have someone over without being scared or anxious for what will happen. I would recommend them over and over again for not only the reasons I mentioned above, but for many other things we’ve learned in taking our dogs there! Forever grateful for BA K9!

My husband and I were at a point if being desperate. From the moment I made contact with them they walked me through the whole process. Amanda was SUPER knowledgeable and also reassuring. Not just about the training but also life. Its rare to find a team that wants to see you and your pet succeed together. Understanding owners lives can be hectic and hard but Amanda made sure to make me feel good about bringing my dog to them. When we met Ben for the first time, I wasn't sure what to think. But Ben's approach with our dog has not only changed our lives but also our dogs. The way Ben conducts buisness is how things should be. There is support, constructive criticism, and genuine want to see both owner and dog succeed. Everything Amanda had told me about training with them was true. They held to their standards and more. Marco was also a wealth of knowledge and suggestions. He'd listen to what we were struggling with at home and jump in with suggestions. I got to work a lot with frida as well, and holy moly was that a game changer. She always made sure I was educated and had the knowledge behind the way they trained my dog. Anytime I had questions while I was there she made sure there was not only an answer but an explanation. I wish I could say so much more about Ben and his team. But if you are looking for a dedicated person to work with you and your dog this is the place. They not only make sure that you are supported and have the tools to do better, but they ensure your dog is also supported and geared for success. Thank you guys for everything!
