We require proof of vaccination before allowing any new pups to enter the play area. Puppies 6 months and under need to have at least three rounds of their DHPP vaccines and one Bordetella. I understand you have a play group. Is that for dogs in your training only?
We hold puppy playgroups for dogs 6 months and under on Sundays from 12:30-1:30pm. We don't require training for that but we do ask you call ahead to let us know you'll be coming! For dogs over 6 months we require a training to make sure all of our pups are respectful of our staff and of each other!

She was excited as young puppies usually are and the trainers restrained her by her collar rather than the harness she was in while she was lunging. To make matters worse they grabbed a slip leash and were causing her to choke in order to make "her mind." We left after this and will never come back! Seriously don't ever bring your dog here, very cruel trainers.

Never bringing my husky/malamute to this facility again. When you ask them if you can leave you dog with them while on vacation because you trusted them and have been a loyal customer for a while. It kinda feels like a slap in the face when they give you an excuse like 'your dog is too noisy' and they based this opinion off of when all the dogs are at playgroup (so obviously they're all going to be noisy). I've personally witnessed the kinds of dogs at the facility, and to call my dog 'noisy' or 'not behaved' is absolutely ridiculous. So if your dog is one of those dogs that doesn't like to play like a normal dog (jumping around, making 'noise', and being playful like dogs normally are when they play) then this is the perfect place for you. Absolutely disgusted.
Would recommend this facility and trainer to anyone!
