Since graduating from the United States K9 Academy in Waterbury, CT in 1996 under the strict supervision of James Salva and Richard Conners, Auburn has become a well-known expert in the dog obedience and protection field. He will work with aggressive dogs that no one else will touch. He uses love and praise rewards to turn your dog into a well-trained, responsive family member.

Auburn is by far the best dog trainer in the valley. He took in my dog, Henry, and he was completely transformed. He had a past of behavioral issues and came home very obedient and sweet. I wasn’t able to walk him on the leash before, but now we can hike and visit several dog parks. I can say his name to sweet Henry and his ears perk up. He absolutely loves Auburn. Not only has he trained Henry, but he has boarded him on other occasions. It’s very hard finding someone to trust with a four-legged family member and I am so blessed to have met Auburn.

Auburn did an excellent job with my 1 year old Belgian Malinois. Before I sent my baby girl to Auburn she pulled the leash on walks acted out around other and people out of fear. When I got my dog back she was more happy, less fearful, more confident, and social. Also a great protector.
I will easily go back to him to train another one of my dogs in the future
