Auburn understands the needs of his busy clients and their desire to have their dog or dogs as an integral part of their family. With over 30 years of dog training experience we have the knowledge, skill, and dedication to help your dog and you succeed. Since graduating from the United States K9 Academy in Waterbury, CT in 1996 under the strict supervision of James Salva and Richard Conners, Auburn has become a well-known expert in the dog obedience and protection field. He will work with aggressive dogs that no one else will touch. He uses love and praise rewards to turn your dog into a well-trained, responsive family member.

When our puppy Marley was 8 weeks old we enrolled him into puppy training school at Petsmart. It was fine for the basics but we wanted Marley to become a service dog. I did a lot of research and found that K9 Solutions was highly recommended. After our initial conversation with Auburn Leach, my husband and I felt that he would be the best trainer for Marley because he seemed very knowledgable about the things we wanted Marley to learn. Auburn picked Marley up and kept him for 2 and 1/2 weeks, sending me picture updates and "report cards" about him daily. Auburn never hesitated to return my numerous texts inquiring about Marley's progress. After Alburn brought Marley home, he contined to come weekly to help us reiterate the skills and commands that Marley had learned with him. Again, he returned my text messages and communicated with me each time I reached out to him. When Marley had initially left our house he was a high energy, play biting, jumping, running from us, crazy dog. After returning from training, Marley obeys commands, walks right beside us, "stays" for long periods of time on command, stopped jumping on people, and so many other things. I can't tell you how happy I am with Auburn's training with Marley and us. He took his time, never rushed us when we quesitoned things, he is compassionate about his job and animals and a complete professional. I would HIGHLY recommend K9 Solutions for dog training. Auburn is very knowledgable about the dogs and their behavior and is very responsive to all my text messages. While my two small dogs were with him in his camp, he communicated daily with me about their progress and send me pictures and videos of their training successes. After the two week training session, Auburn helped to train the whole family and followed up with us when we had additional questions/needs. My dogs came home happy, cleaned and much better behaved. Highly recommend Auburn and his training!
Auburn helped me with my out of control presa canario puppy. He was growling at me and bitting me! After I lot of work I have a great relationship and bond with my dog. I can take him anywhere. Auburns knowledge and experience is the best! Thank you Auburn so much I don’t know where we would be without your help!!
