We provide multi-certified dog and puppy training and behavior consultation serving the tri-state area.
We use up-to-date, research-based training methods and are transparent about our qualifications. Our lead trainer has trained multiple species: dogs, rabbits, horses, dolphins, and more!
We offer: group classes, private training, behavior modification, day training, virtual consultations and remote work, field trip classes, novice trainer mentoring, special events, etc.!
Behaviors include but are not limited to: basic skills, aggression, reactivity, anxiety, tricks, and specialty behaviors.
Many group classes are taught inside Central Dawgma in Hagerstown. We move around for field trips and appointments.

If you want a great dog training experience with personal advice and small classes that don’t overwhelm you or your dog then look no further. We have taken one dog through multiple classes at Atta Pup and now our second is starting classes with Laura. She is patient, knowledgeable and most importantly genuinely loves the work she does. Even after graduation she continues to offer help and advice; giving you the tools to succeed with your dog. I would recommend Atta Pup to anyone without hesitation. Plus, she loves pit bulls. A++ in our book.

Laura has been great helping my husband and I with several issues we have with our Labradors. She comes to our home prepared, takes her time talking with us, listens to our needs and frustrations. A few days later I get a summary of what we discussed and links or videos to help with what she has taught us. I also know that even though we have completed our training package she is there is we have any questions.

Awesome trainers who really do care about your dog! We have taken a class and also had an in-home training session with Laura and our experience “is” wonderful. I say “is” because they don’t dump you once the training session is done. Laura STILL offers constant support to me and my pup. Training your dog is hard work, but these ladies give the best tools to keep you and your dog happy.

I’ve worked with Laura twice now, once at my home and once in one of her classes. She has helped us a ton when it comes to both of our dogs. I really love that she uses positive training so that it’s fun for the dogs and they actually like training! I would (and do) recommended her to anyone and everyone. She is the best and very reasonably priced. She’s a life saver!

Both my pups have been thru her training classes. Laura always takes the time to help whenever I need. She is wonderful with my dogs and they love going to visit her! I have never meant a trainer that has as much love and compassion for dogs as she does. She is truly amazing!
