Atlanta Dog Trainer

We sent our 2 year old, golden retriever for the 2 Week Board & Train while we were out of the country and could not be more pleased with our experience! I was definitely nervous thinking about leaving our dog for such a long time, but it was evident from my first phone call with Madeline that our dog was going to be in great hands. Madeline took the time to listen and learn about our dog's personality, quirks, areas of focus, etc. and remembered each of these items when it came time for the actual Board & Train. Madeline also sent SO many pictures, updates, and educational videos that we can now go back and reference easily if we need a refresher on the things our dog learned. I felt so comfortable and had peace of mind with all the updates we were being provided - it really made us feel confident that we made the right choice in doing the Board & Train! Additionally, we could tell from the pictures & videos alone that our dog was enjoying herself and being well taken care of - this was reflected at the "Go Home" session too, as our dog cleared LOVED all of the staff and had a blast both playing & learning. As someone who hadn't left our dog for that amount of time before, and was nervous on what choice to make - I couldn't recommend Atlanta Dog Trainer, and specifically Madeline enough!

We are floored with how amazing this place is, from the facilities to the staff. Our dog Georgie came home very happy, confident and blissfully tired. She and we learned so much and we were so relaxed the 2 weeks having her there, knowing she was in such competent and caring hands. Madeline, our trainer, was so thorough in her training, we received videos and pictures each day with updates on the training so that we could reinforce what she learned. The hand off one hour-training session was super helpful and the packet of information as well. We really appreciate the help they gave us, and will continue to board there, as well as do some follow up training. We could not recommend this enough to everyone looking for a complete dog training experience.

Charlie graduated from the Basic Nose & Scent program yesterday!!! We had such a fantastic experience. Our instructor, Emma, taught the classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly loves what she does. She takes the time to explain not just the "how", but the "why", which is extremely important. It's amazing to see these pups' minds working, watching them transform into pure concentration. The classes are fun, supportive, and rewarding for both dogs and owners. I highly recommend this program! Charlie and I are ready for the Intermediate Level!!
