I love that they don't use the old school shock collars and the e collar they use if needed is a small vibration. And we get them for life if needed. They have become like family to us. I don't know of any other facility like that. Matt and Stephanie are incredible!
We took our dog Merlin to At Whits End and they were amazing! Merlin is full of energy and very smart but we had such a hard time training him ourselves. Him being so smart was getting him into trouble. We now can take Merlin to the park and have him be off leash. He listens so well while at home. He is much more calm now that he is well trained.
Very professional behavioral analysis. He did not try to push his courses for something he may or may not be able to train out of our dog. He gave an honest assessment and provided me with the information that I needed to make a decision.
