If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog was with this trainer for six weeks — they claimed to know his temperament, routine, and needs. Yet in AUGUST, they dropped him, causing both of his front legs to break. Let that sink in — both legs. Because of their carelessness and lack of basic safety, my dog went from being confident and well-trained to being traumatized and stuck in a cage for months, losing every bit of progress he had made. He’s been in pain, terrified, and unable to walk normally — all because of their negligence. And the insult on top of the injury? They still haven’t refunded me for the unfinished boarding and training I paid for — money they absolutely did not earn. Instead, I was left with thousands in vet bills and a brokenhearted dog who now needs rehab instead of training. This entire experience has been disgusting, heartbreaking, and infuriating. I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually loves their dog. They talk like professionals but clearly don’t take the responsibility seriously. My advice: run the other way — don’t risk your pet’s life with people who can’t even hold onto them safely. EDIT / UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve tried resolving this privately multiple times via text, and I have proof of every attempt. I brought two dogs and paid for boarding, but neither completed their stay because one was injured under your care in August and had to be taken for emergency treatment. Because of that, the boarding service was never finished — yet I still haven’t received any refund for the days that were cut short. I was only notified of the injury when I was asked to sign off on the anesthesia, not at the time the incident occurred. Additionally, they initially intended to use a veterinarian I had no prior information about. I requested a change to a specialist experienced in treating these types of fractures in greyhounds, given the known anesthesia-related complications associated with the breed. My dog has spent months recovering in a cage and lost all of his training progress. Covering part of the medical costs does not erase the fact that I paid for boarding and training that were never fully delivered. This isn’t about “milking” anyone — it’s about accountability. I paid for services that were never provided, and I’ve made every effort to resolve this respectfully and directly. The messages prove that.

Run away from this place and fast - not only could they not train one of our dogs basic commands after a FOUR WEEK BOARDING PROGRAM they didnt fix or even improve our dogs reactivity towards one another. Our dogs got into a fight the day they were home from the program, and the program was our last resort. We have spent so much money from the $4000 we paid for the program to the vet bills after; one of our dogs came back with an INFECTION all over her underside. Did the company mention this to us when they gave her back to us? No, but apparently they train with them multiple times a day. Another vet bill for one of our dogs injured leg after the fight the same day they got back. Lastly the rehoming fees that included vet bills, crates, flights, and gas. Does all the money add up? Yes, but we care more about the lost chance for our dogs to become friends again and for us to all be under one roof. Instead we had to re-home one of our family members. When it comes to anything behavioral they have no idea what they are doing, not sure if they even know what they are doing with regular commands. They use choke collars on the dogs, so is the dog doing it because they are trained or because they are scared you are about pop their neck? Please do not make the same mistake we did and do not use this company.
