Some will make your dog only listen to them, but that’s not a good thing really when you take them home. As far as our experience we needed help a second time because we were probably not doing the things as disciplined as we should’ve with a Mali, they helped us again without charging and helped us get back on track. Now Zeus is getting better and better with that direction. 5 starssss!!!⭐️
