Applied Canine Behaviors, LLC

We adopted a new family member quite recently, but we had a family trip that was planned beforehand that he wouldn't be able to go on. After spending a bit of time calling around to different kennels and boarding facilities, every single one was full! I found Applied Canine Behaviors through a Google search. My booking went through automatically through Google, and just to confirm that I had booked correctly, I sent the business a message via their website to confirm. Sandra, the owner/operator of the business, quickly responded back with a phone call. She was polite, amazingly patient with my questions, and seemed eager to meet Pepper! (Our big ol' pup of 8 years.) A few days later, and we dropped Pepper off early morning on the 10th. Sandra was kind to him right away, and she didn't seem rushed for anything. She really gave off this aura of truly loving the company and intelligence of a dog! I think Pepper (our dog) could tell, because he loved her right away, and he tends to be more cautious of others. We picked Pepper up later that day, which was a change from our original thought that we might need him boarded overnight. Sandra was accommodating to the change of plans, charged us only for the time stayed, and welcomed us back anytime! Great place to leave your furry doggo family member! We will 100% keep Sandra and this business in mind for the next time we need someone to help us with Pepper! Thank you Sandra!
