Private lessons are conducted in your home, at a location you prefer or you can request they be held here at our Canine Training Center. Program details
This one-week day school program is a great value combining daycare with an hour of training with your dog. Our certified dog trainers will be training your dog for an hour each day, which saves you the upfront work. At the point you are ready to begin working with your dog, our dog trainer will go over what the dog has learned and what you need to do to maintain or advance your dogs skills. Benefits: As much upfront work as you would like done is done by our professional dog trainers. This allows the dog to learn faster, and not be held up by any dog training learning curve. This makes training down the road easier on you, the dog owner. Since your dog is our daycare, your hourly training rate is discounted because of the time flexibility it allows Applause Your Paws to schedule these sessions. Your dog will be around the distraction of daycare and the activity at our canine training center, which gives them distractions to learn around. As an additional benefit, your dog will have had exercise and social interactions with other canines throughout the day. This also allows us to really get to know your dog, and know what areas that they need the most training. Included in the Day-Train Package: 1) 1 hour a day of training for your dog 2) a phone call follow-up from your dogs trainer 3) daycare with other canines for the rest of the day (play, socializing, and resting) 4) reinforcing what your dog has learned whenever appropriate throughout the day. · Listed price: From $399.00

What is pick-up time?
For our day-school program, drop off is 8-10AM, pick up is 4-6PM. It benefits dogs in this program to be in early and be picked up late so they can enjoy all the benefits of this daycare + training service. Our day school program runs Monday to Friday. We do offer dog-training services (private lessons, group classes, board+train) 7 days a week!

I cannot recommend AYP enough! We have two adult 9 1/2 yr old dogs who were not dog-friendly at all, and thanks to our trainer Felisha’s incredible patience and guidance, they now accept—and love—our two new pups every single day. It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was absolutely worth it, and I’m so thankful we made this decision to keep all four of our dogs safe and happy together. Felisha was amazing during our private lessons, working with the big dogs to accept and interact with the pups. Then, in the group classes, trainers like Maggie and Alex helped the puppies learn obedience skills (and even some fun tricks!). Every trainer we worked with is knowledgeable, kind, and truly invested in our dogs’ success. This has been the best money I’ve ever invested in our fur family. We are now living in harmony, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
AYP is great! The faculty is clean and spacious, and the team is very organized and synced from the moment they open. And their one on one training is wonderful as well. Felisha is amazing with our rough dogs. She speaks and they listen. She is giving us confidence to be more firm with them, and has a great way to feed treats to toothy dogs. I wish we could have her come over every week!

I was introduced to Dee by a friend/vet when my old Service Dog passed away and I was looking for a different breed to be trained for the task. Dee welcomed me like an old friend during our zoom meetings to discuss my lifestyle, needs and potential breed. In 4 months I finally welcomed my puppy and started to work with AYP immediately after first vaccine, it was my best decision ever! Bitsy created a bond with Dee that I even get jealous! The team is very nice and always smiling, Bitsy also spent a couple of weeks with Wilfredo and she is crazy for him. We worked on basic obedience with lessons at the school, in my home, on the streets and stores, plus boarding school. I trust them completely when I have to travel abroad and can't take Bitsy with me. They send me many updates, photos, videos and reports. We are now flying together to train her at the airport, crowds, plane, etc. Thank you AYP for this 2 years journey and for taking such good care of us.
