I HIGHLY recommend Kelly! I went away for a long weekend, and my biggest concern was finding someone who would care for my fur babies while I was away. Kelly took such very good care of them and sent daily photos of them (looking like they were having WAY too much fun!) to reassure me they were doing well. She is very professional and made every effort to make me feel comfortable about their care and surroundings prior to me leaving them with her. She really does go above and beyond - I couldn't recommend her more!

From start to finish our pets were in excellent hands! We needed someone to watch our 2 cats and our dog while we were away for 10 days. She visited our cats twice a day, and took Shadow our pup to her house to board. I think Shadow wishes he was still away at doggy sleep away camp. Kelly sent daily pictures of all the fun he had and the outings and adventures she took him on. From the first time of meeting Kelly, one could tell she knew what she was doing, understood and loved animals and my dog listened to her better than he had ever listened to me. So we took the opportunity to hire her to work on some specific things. Not only did she do an excellent job with Shadow, she came to our house for a follow up and gave us an easy to reference cheat sheet of cues to use. We would recommend Kelly with absolute confidence and will definitely be in touch the next time we have a chance to get out of town. It was easy and a pleasure to work with Animal House PNW.

I was walking my dog one day when I saw a flyer for “Animal House PNW” and gave them a call right away. I was in the market for some extra training for my pup and to find somebody, other than myself, to walk my dog once a week (it’s tough being a single dog dad to two pups). The moment I got in contact with Kelly, there was an automatic connection. We scheduled a meet and greet and both my dogs fell in love with Kelly instantly. Kelly did such a great job providing extra support around puppy training. My youngest dog truly looks forward to her weekly walks with Kelly. Kelly is responsive, professional, truly cares for animals and builds a relationship based on the individual human and animal. Kelly is passionate and I feel completely at ease knowing my dog is in good hands. I became Flynn’s mommy a little over a year ago and since the day we met he’s been a total Mama’s boy. He was kind of a terror for my wife but he was such a good boy for me that I didn’t encourage and participate in training as much as I should have; I didn’t understand at the time why it was necessary. Then several months ago Flynn and my two sons came for a walk with me. We got attacked by an off-leash pitbull. None of us knew what to do. A random stranger stopped and saved us and we escaped fairly unscathed physically. However, the attack completely demolished the trust between myself and Flynn. My own fear kept me from taking him out on walks. His fear caused him to be aggressive. Day by day we were able to spend less and less time together until he was so anxious I couldn’t even pet him without danger of him accidentally injuring me. Fortunately, Kelly heard our woes and let us know immediately that she could help. She knew this was an emergency; she could see the pain in our family due to the division. Kelly came and took Flynn for two weeks. She sent daily videos and pictures and status updates. I missed him terribly but felt reassured knowing he was in good hands. We were able to visit him once during the training and he was so happy. Then Kelly brought our other dog Branigan over to her home and trained the boys together. She also came to our home, helped us set up so the fur-babies would have everything they needed available as much as we humans did. She taught us how to continue training Flynn (and Branigan! Bonus!). We learned how to walk, talk, interact with, and love on our boys. Flynn has been home about a week now. When Kelly first dropped him off, it broke my heart; he wanted her so badly. But by following her lead and utilizing all of the tools she gave us, day by day our bond has grown stronger and stronger. Flynn is officially a full member of our family; he gets to do everything with us and be with us all the time. Our family is finally complete, and I owe it all to Kelly. My baby is happy, healthy, safe, and (I’ll say it again) HAPPY. Our whole family is… most beautiful gift I’ve ever been given. Every single animal of mine will be taken care of by Kelly from here on out; I’ve never experienced such a level of love and commitment towards animal wellbeing before, not even from my vets.
