Angel Paw Dog Training

Doreen is a fantastic trainer. After just one session with our dog Athena, I could see a huge difference in Athena’s behavior. She went from jumping all over and barking frantically at houseguests to wagging happily when people arrive at the door, but with very little jumping and no barking. We’ve now had several sessions with Doreen, and Athena is so much calmer and more obedient. Doreen is patient, thoughtful, and amazing with dogs. Athena loves her! Highly recommend.

We took a few classes with Doreen just after adopting Elsa. Doreen has an immediate connection with dogs, Elsa was attracted to her and picked up easily everything that Doreen trained her to do. And most importantly, she taught me and my husband how to train Elsa going forward, without any BS, just to the point. Working with Doreen was definitely the best decision we could make after adopting Elsa, and I would recommend Angel Paws without reservation to anyone bringing a dog to their lives for the first time.

Saying that the basic things that a dog needs to learn she can do amazingly. The only thing that might be hard is getting use to down for your dog laying down. And off when you want your dog to get off you. If want to learn things like sit and sit stay she's is perfect for you. But if you are looking for things like paw , play dead or roll over ect then she isn't for you. But the things she does do she does amazingly. She will even recommend other ways of doing it if one way doesn't work for you. The things she did for me was recommend better toys for my dog, recommending bigger bones than the one she was playing with at one point when she came over. Along with different types of collars to get me my dog is a doberman, great dane, ridgeback mix.
