This appears to be a second one-star review about the same boarding stay, posted from a different Google account. Posting from another account does not create a second customer experience.<br><br>The phone number referenced was never used by me for any personal purpose, solicitation, or harassment. Following an anonymous social media post targeting my business, I shared a screenshot of the actual business-related text conversation to provide the missing context and defend ADTC against misleading claims. The number was visible only because it appeared at the top of that screenshot. It was not posted maliciously or used for anything unrelated to the boarding stay.<br><br>During that stay, you used my personal cellphone number to contact me directly about your dogs, including close to midnight while I was at the hospital with my son, who had broken his tibia and fibula and required surgery. Despite the circumstances, your concerns were answered and your requested changes were made.<br><br>Our boarding prices were disclosed and accepted before services were provided. Suggesting that ADTC personally misuses customers’ information is false. We stand behind the care provided, and we will not allow duplicate reviews or anonymous online attacks to rewrite what actually occurred.<br>

Let’s be clear about what actually occurred.<br><br>I was not the person who checked your dogs in or handled their arrival. At the time, I was at the hospital with my son after he wrecked his e-bike, broke both his tibia and fibula, and required surgery. My staff handled the check-in and the care of your dogs while I was dealing with a serious family emergency.<br><br>Despite that, you were given access to our facility cameras and my personal cellphone number. When you became concerned about Molly, you contacted me directly. You were told she was being cared for, and we placed her with the other dogs exactly as you requested. In your own messages, you thanked the employee helping Molly and acknowledged that you might be overstressing.<br><br>You then continued texting my personal phone close to midnight while I was still dealing with my son’s injury. When it became clear that you were uncomfortable allowing us to care for your dogs, I gave you two options: allow our staff to do the job we were hired to do or arrange for someone to pick up your dogs. That was not an ultimatum. It was a reasonable response to someone expressing that they no longer trusted the facility caring for their animals.<br><br>Many of the accusations now included in this review were never brought to my attention during our text conversation. Had those specific concerns been presented at the time, they could have been addressed directly. Instead, this review presents a much different picture than the messages exchanged while your dogs were actually staying with us.<br><br>I am direct, and I will not pretend otherwise. I stand behind my staff and the care your dogs received. We have also discontinued customer camera access because watching isolated moments without context created unnecessary confusion and prevented our team from focusing completely on caring for the dogs.<br><br>ADTC will always prioritize the dogs in our care, even when that means establishing firm boundaries with an owner.<br>
