Amazing!!!
Carl was incredible! Our dog has some major anxiety that needed to be worked through and Carl was so patient with him. His updates were very transparent, he was knowledgeable and was able to work through the barriers to get our dogs obedience up and lessen his anxiety! Could not recommend this place and Carl enough!
American K9 was extremely professional on the check-in and check-out process. We left our dog Axel there for the 2 week on-leash boarding training and he has learned, heal, down, sit, kennel and place. American K9 was extremely professional on the check-in and check-out process. We left our dog Axel there for the 2 week on-leash boarding training and he has learned, heal, down, sit, kennel and place. Extremely responsive and you can tell the instructors are very good at what they do. We are intending to bring back for the off leash training next. The instructors provided daily videos and photos, and even said we could reach out at any time. Highly recommended!
We loved American K9! We rescued Maverick (1 year old Lab/Pit mix) and sent him to a board and train with American K9 for 3 weeks. We loved American K9! We rescued Maverick (1 year old Lab/Pit mix) and sent him to a board and train with American K9 for 3 weeks. He had some minor signs of resource guarding that we wanted him to work on and they hooked us up with Nellie!! She did a wonderful job with him and answered all the questions we had during pickup! She guided us on what to do in certain scenarios and how to maintain his training while at home! Couldn’t recommend her enough! We are so thankful to American K9 & to Nellie!!

We took our 6-month-old German Shepherd, Nala, to American K9 for their 2-week board and train program, and we truly came home to a whole new dog! Our main goal was to improve her obedience, discipline, and overall manners, and the trainers exceeded our expectations. Nala came home more focused, confident, and eager to listen. They also offer follow-up sessions to help reinforce everything she learned, which gives us peace of mind knowing we have continued support. The trainers genuinely care about the dogs and put so much time and effort into their training. It’s safe to say you absolutely get what you pay for. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend American K9 to anyone looking for professional, effective training. Thank you, American K9, for everything you’ve done for our girl!
