We’ve had such a great experience with our trainer Natalie that we’ve now worked with for two puppies. Natalie helped train our newest puppy starting at just 8 weeks old, and the difference it made early on has been incredible. Her guidance was clear, positive, and easy to follow, and our puppy gained confidence and good habits right from the start. We also used Natalie at American K-9 previously when our older dog was about 2 years old, and saw equally great results. She truly understands dogs at every stage and tailors her approach to both the dog and the owners. Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, Natalie has made a lasting impact on both of our dogs. We can’t recommend her and American K-9 highly enough!

We brought our big, chaotic 2 year old Saint Bernard to Nellie for obedience training. We were nervous to drop her off and not see her during her stay, but Nellie was diligent about providing daily updates, pictures, and videos. She went above and beyond to answer questions and chat with us throughout the stay. We were pleasantly surprised during the pickup/take-home training session. Our dog was so responsive to Nellie and Nellie was so kind and patient with us as we learned how to work with our now-trained dog. Nellie's skill and time are evident in our dog's behavior at home. We're now able to safely walk our dog through busy neighborhoods, navigate how she greets guests in our home, and keep her from eating all food off the kitchen counter with her child-like height. We can't thank Nellie enough for all she has done for our dog and our home life! We highly recommend her!
