American Dog School

We had met with Tami and Amanda prior to seeing any reviews and I'm so glad we did. We trusted our gut and not the negative people on here. Our 1 year old lab Bailey was a handful prior to taking her to Tami. We just got her back last week and she is a completely different dog. She listens, she's calm with our small children and she's finally the family dog we wanted thanks to Tami and Amanda. When we take Bailey back for follow up she isn't timid at all and if it were a bad place I think she would be. She still enjoys going back to see Tami. I would recommend her and her facility. Her kennels and property are very nice. Our dog was well cared for and came back happy and healthy! Thank you Tami and Amanda for all you did for and with Bailey.

*Update* Owner is saying the bad comments on here aren't real....they certainly are...**I took my dog here for a board and train before I left for a wedding, thinking it would only be a few weeks. By the end of it all they had my dog for 8 weeks!! They kept telling me that she wasn't trained enough and needed longer. When I got my dog back she was still NOT TRAINED AT ALL and (told by a vet) extremely under weight like she hadn't been fed at all or nearly enough (though I left a whole bag of food). It made me cry to see my dog so underweight and sad. Their kennels are horrible and I've gotten a response by a professional that places like this leave your dog in a horrible kennel for all but 20 minutes of the day. please don't take your dog here. There are plenty of places that have your dog outdoors at all times playing with other dogs. Think about your puppy. I still feel sad for mine after sending her here. She has gained back the 10+ pounds she lost while staying here. Please do more research, I wish I had. For our dogs

Took my dog drax here for board and training for a month and completely different dog. Tami and Amanda are amazing. Sometimes hard to get a hold of but my dog was well kept for and feed his food. We look at the kennels when dropping him off and they were a little small but he had another section he could open up for play/potty. All people talking about animal abuse clearly haven't proved anything, otherwise she wouldn't be in business. She let my dog play and train. Before writing this place off go and visit her and you won't be sorry!
