Horrible! I actually went back a second time to see if it improved..it did not and now I cannot get my money back. The trainer had a 11 YO dachshund that had not been able to misbehave in many years as her "training dog"..poor thing just looked tired and confused..she put him back in his cage after each little session..the trainer was an older lady with an older helper. She talked into a microphone that made her voice so garbled you could barely understand her..She read a 9 page info sheet (which we had copies of)so we had to stand there with our bored, antsy dogs til she finished..what kind of training is that? Wasted money and time. It kept getting worse-more than I can say here..I quit right then.
