Always Training K9s

Sending my dog to train with Nikki was easily the best decision. My GSD struggled with finding her off switch, anxiousness, leash pulling, and follow through with what she was being asked to do. Nikki really took her time to work with Nova and work her through those things, which has been HUGE for me and my family. It is FUN to work with Nova and continue her skills. Being able to expand Nova's world with her being able to come on family walks, hikes, coffee adventures, and having the opportunity to be off leash and run, like she loves to do, has been nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for someone to help train your dog to fit your lifestyle Nikki is your person!

We had an incredible experience with Always Training K9s! Nikki is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient, as our dog Norman probably wasn’t the easiest dog to work with. We rescued Norman from Wags & Walks two years ago, and after bringing home a baby, he became increasingly anxious. I was terrified we might have to find another home for him, until Wags & Walks recommended Always Training K9s. Thanks to Nikki’s expertise and guidance, Norman has come so far! He’s no longer my constant shadow, following me from room to room or trying to come into the shower with me. He doesn’t lay in the laundry as I’m folding it anymore. Instead, he’s learned to relax and settle. Now, Norman can lie on his place bed and truly turn off. I no longer am his job. He’s calm enough to be in another room, knowing I’m nearby. It’s such a relief for both of us! Not only has Nikki helped Norman, but she’s also given me the confidence and tools to continue advocating for him, especially when it comes to his FOMO. The transformation in our home is truly amazing. We’re so grateful for Nikki and Always Training K9s. We can’t recommend her highly enough! Nikki took such wonderful care of our dog and set such an excellent foundation for manners and growth. She came highly recommended by Wags & Walks and I can see why. Her expertise with reactive and skittish dogs is apparent and her communication was excellent before, during, and after our dog’s stay with her. We will use her for any future dogs and will send our guy back for any manners refresher in the future. She is an investment worth making into you and your dog’s happiness!

We couldn’t be happier choosing Nikki @alwaystrainingk9s to train Zephyr our Australian Shepherd. We got him as a puppy and as he grew older and bigger he was harder to control. We scheduled a two week training and can’t believe the transformation she made with him. He’s a different dog coming home. He’s so much calmer, we can walk him with ease, take him to social setting. no more pulling. We love her style of training. She is very informative, knowledgeable and very responsive with any questions. She has different techniques and tools of training to use depending on each situation of training. We couldn’t be happier, she’s the best.
