Alpha & Omega Working Dogs - Dog Training

This is the most amazing training facility! All the trainers and staff are knowledgeable, they make it fun and really listen to what concerns/issues you are having with your pup. I rescued a dog that was returned to the shelter twice. He is a work in progress but he has greatly improved in the 6 months that I have been working with them. I have worked with multiple trainers in the past with my other dogs and I must say these guys are the best by far! You’re not just another client here, it feels like family. 🥰

I went in for my consultation which was very promising. Excited and ready to join, I was told I’d receive an email with pricing and particulars. Over a week passed and I received nothing so I called twice and left messages, still, nothing. Hopeful, I drove to the training site and I thought, lucky me the owner was sitting outside. I explained the aforementioned, and was assured things would be rectified. I was again hopeful. The next day, I did receive a quote for classes, but when I got to the bottom of the letter, it said, next available classes are September 1st which is 3 months away. I called again to clarify and again, no return call, or follow up! I would think if a potential client uses their time to drive to your business and ask why you haven’t followed up it should be worthy of something. I must also add they are inexpensive! The end for me was when I talked to the owner, he should have told me classes are not readily available until September. I’ve moved on to a different trainer. I have no doubt if they read this review they will know exactly who posted it. Do better Alpha & Omega!

2025 post Just had another eye-opening response from Benny after his return to Day Camp at AO (needed a week off post illness). Benny has attended Day Camp at AO for 3 years - 2 days a week. Initially, Day Camp was focusing on helping our 4 year old feral foxhound begin to reconnect with a pack, trust his handlers, and to learn basic obedience. Karli, Ray, and Kash worked with Benny, and us, to accomplish those goals. As we worked together we started to see a more confident and trusting dog. Now, in 2025, AO is Benny's "happy place." He absolutely loves Kash, Syd, Amaya, and Melissa. They continue to help him connect to the pack by allowing him to work into group lessons throughout the day - they truly understand that this dog needs to work and be stimulated to be happy. Yesterday, after an antsy week off from camp, Benny returned. Last night, after just 1 day back with his crew, he was back to behaving like a confident, fulfilled, joyful 7 year old self. The stimulation, both physical and mental, that the AO staff provides to Benny is exactly what this hound needs to live his best life. We are forever grateful for this entire crew. 2023 post The Alpha & Omega Working Dogs event, & Peeps, was an amazing testament to the quality and talent of the ownership and staff of A&O. Seriously…look at the variety of dogs and pup guardians…all shapes and sizes meeting with success. Karli and Ray, tipping my hat to both of you! Ty for your patience and creativity as you continue to help us support Benny while working through his knee issues. Never imagined being able to participate in a walk like this. So blessed to have found this facility on short notice. I am active duty military and found out I had to PCS overseas in less than 6 months. Alpha&Omega was the only company to take me and my newly trained service animal in to ensure he would be suitable to fly with me. Trainings were fun and focused. They made sure to ask me what I wanted to work on and we went right to it! They were extremely flexible and helpful and even more than that loved my baby. The tips and tricks they taught me were super helpful and because of them I am confident my boy will fly with no issues. Your team is MAGIC. Thank you guys for taking us in!!!

I recently got married on 10/25/25 and utilized the Wedding Day services of Alpha and Omega Working Dogs. I had an in-depth phone call prior to the wedding where we discussed my vision for my dog's involvement in our big day. Every detail as far as his involvement was carefully planned and tailored to his individual needs. My dog, Goose was dropped off in their care a day before my wedding. On the big day, he was exercised (Lord knows he needed it), and arrived at the venue prior to the wedding party so he could explore, sniff, and acclimate to the space. We planned time to see him prior to photos and the ceremony. We took photos with him and then participated altogether in a rehearsal of the ceremony. He walked down the aisle as the ring bearer, sat and watched his parents get married and then walked out of the ceremony with us! From there, AO took him to board with them, where he stayed for the weekend! What did AO staff do to ensure things went smoothly? EVERYTHING. Aside from planning our vision, specific to our boy, AO staff helped the dream come to life. They dedicated so much time to ensuring he was as comfortable as possible, got to see all of his favorite people and even got him to pose for pictures like only they know how. With so much going on, I was ecstatic to have them behind the camera to capture his attention. While we waited for the ceremony to begin, they made sure he had access to potty breaks and water. I truly didn't have to worry about any of his needs, as they had it completely under control. They handled him prior to his part of the ceremony and immediately after. If you know me, you know how much I love my boy and that I don't trust him with just anyone. I loved having him be part of our day and it would not have been possible without this team, who treated him and us, like family. If you're considering it, I cannot recommend enough not only including your dog in your wedding, but using this team to make it happen! It was incredibly special to have Goose with us on our day, in our pictures and I cannot thank AO enough for all of their hard-work, dedication and enthusiasm throughout this process!
