Our 1.5 year-old Border Collie, Forest, went to Alpha Dog Training to help us with this high-energy pup. We'd had Forest for about 4 months when he went to Alpha as a high drive, high energy pup with leash reactivity and border aggression. Even though we'd been working with a prong and e-collar for a few months, Alpha said that was not the proper method. Alpha showed us how to properly train and correct our dog and he became a much calmer, happier puppy. His obedience and ability to keep commands with duration is incredible. Alpha also helped us with Forest’s high drive and energy in structured, meaningful ways. We love our crazy, smart pup and Alpha Dog Training has made our lives and Forest's much, much better. A little backstory: We committed to sending Forest to Alpha after we adopted him from the Humane Society -- we wanted to give him the best, most structured experience in our lives after he'd been returned to the shelter by his previous owner -- and we couldn't have asked for a better training experience than what Alpha Dog Training provided!

Thanks to Alpha Dog Training my Australian Shepherd is now a very well-mannered dog. It took Alpha only a short time to fix “Mokey’s” separation anxiety and dominance aggression. It really was amazing to see them work with Mokey and show us the proper way to train a dog.

Alpha staff is amazing. My husband and I got our little baby Nugget and maybe two weeks later, we signed him up for obedience training but we didn't realize that he was so shy and didn't have the confidence to be on a leash. So they switched it up to puppy training classes for about two weeks before he could start the obedience class. The result from just the puppy training class was amazing! Thank you guys! It was a BIG help!
