ALPHA DOG TRAINING

We tried many trainers and methods for our girl, Millie and all helped a little. However, Carrie is an absolute rockstar!!! My dog is so much happier with the easy to follow structure Carrie has taught us. She is just phenomenal at understanding dogs and people. Very straightforward and kind equally kind describe Carrie. Furthermore, her knowledge of dog behavior and training are unbelievable. We needed this miracle and are extremely thankful!

I am so beyond grateful that I found Carrie when I was looking for a Dog Trainer for my six month old golden retriever last year. I had some slight hesitation about the investment at first, but move forward after seeing her reviews, and I could not be happier. I get complimented everywhere I go with my now two-year-old golden retriever after having gone through eight sessions of training with Carrie over the duration of a few months. I can take her to the beach off leash, I can leave my front door wide open and not worry about her running (Which is something that my five-year-old often tests out for us), And she is welcomed in every single establishment I’ve ever brought her to (which is Just about every restaurant and bar in Jupiter and Tequesta). I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carrie and her training methods. She has continued to follow up with me over a year later to check in and see how Lou is doing. I also have the pleasure of dog sitting as a small side business, no more than two or three dogs at a time, and it is so evident how well-behaved my pup is compared to many others, even when they are sweet, as can be, and have gone through some of the “other” trainings available in the area. If you’re on the fence about investing in car training, let this be your sign that you should!

Carrie helped me out with my Corso that needed some dominance training. This is my second Corso, and I can say he was a bit of a wild man. At 3 years old he still hadn't slowed down even after a torn ACL. I am 250lbs and he would still pull and didn't listen off leash when required. I was at a desperate point where Carrie helped out with some extreme training. After the first day, I could say I wasn't sure about the training. I followed the system "training" as instructed and reached out to her in between sessions. My dog is quite stubborn and the training helped break those barriers she helped me understand the behavioral aspects both with my dog and how I react and physically perform the training. By session #3 I could see significant changes to behavior and listening. Take note that my dog still resisted training and it took several adjustments but I would say we had success. I would say that my dog did a 180-degree change for the better. He still needs some work, but consistent personal training is a moving-forward commitment that need to be taken by myself.
