Janine and Nick are two amazing people and are an asset to the Dog community of Long Island. We went with five sessions of training. I always was fearful of training my dogs without treats. Rest assured their methods work not one treat was used my beautiful golden retriever listens and she’s so excited for walks and outings, It’s simply amazing. She was a jumper. She was always excited to meet everyone. The breed is like that, but they showed me techniques and little things to guide her to be a great companion and a great addition for my family. Can’t thank them enough.

Nick & Janine’s dog training was great and just what we were looking for. They listen to your needs and hopes for the training and delivered. They demonstrated that you don’t need harsh tools or training to improve your dogs behavior. They taught us how to be pack leaders and gain control with confidence, consistency and practice. They made themselves available to us in between sessions, encourage you to reach out and are very responsive. They genuinely care about the families they help as well as the dog and are very knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable with all the exercises. We looked forward to seeing them each week as it was such a positive experience and we saw the progress each week. Our dog has improved greatly. In order to keep going in the right direction they gave us more tips and guidance on the last session for us to continue the path forward. We feel very blessed to have heard about them through an acquaintance and that we took the leap and gave it a try, no regrets.

Without Janine & Nick we would be not be able to have our two German Shepherds in the same room. They command great respect from each of our dogs and taught us how to gain that respect without any use of force or treats. It was so much fun working with them and seeing Ali & Teddys behavior and attitude change towards each other. Thank you both so much!!!!

Janine and Nick have been such a blessing to us! We started working with them 3 days after we brought home our mini bernedoodle, Blaze. We started working on separation anxiety and they set us up for success! We are now able to leave Blaze home for 2-4 hours at a time, free roaming. We continued to work with them and have advanced to recall, distractions, etc. I never understood how important it was to learn these skills as an owner until meeting Janine and Nick. Their approach makes so much sense and I love that it is not treat reliant. Couldn’t recommend them more! We started w them in Sept 2025 when Blaze was 15 weeks and she is now 7 months.
