Laz is an AMAZING dog trainer!!! He went above and beyond to help us train our brand new shepadoodle puppy (German Shepherd Poodle mix). We wanted someone who would use positive reinforcement but also be structured since our little guy was only 10 weeks old when we started training. Laz was exactly what we had hoped for and what our puppy needed. For our first session, Laz came out to our home and instead of just training the dog, he trained us on how to train the dog. He also gave us tons of tips for the house. Even the most basic yet critical points about house/potty training, feeding, the importance of crate training, using the proper collar and leash, and sleeping. We immediately knew that we wanted to continue working with Laz so we signed up for the next level, which allowed us to master more commands and eventually go into public places with our dog. We went as a family and Laz also worked with our son to ensure that he was trained and comfortable with our dog in public. His pricing is more than fair and he never tries to push or sell anything. When he is with you as a client, that is his entire focus. In total we worked with Laz for 3 months and will be moving on to his advanced training next. Finally, besides being an amazing dog trainer, my husband and I had a chance to get to know Laz over the several months we worked together and he is also an amazing person. We looked forward to our training sessions (and so did our puppy and son). We've comfortably made referrals to Laz and give our highest recommendation to him and Alpha Buddy Dog Training. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier.
Great experience with Laz! I have a bulldog who has a pretty dominate character and he was able to assist with teaching boundaries, behavior modifications and basic skills! He is a wonderful trainer and I highly recommend his services!
