Almost Heaven K9 Training

Such a great, reliable, professional, wonderful experience!!! Our pups have went from taking over our house and lives to living in our world, with our rules, and being respectful and attentive! She has done what we felt was the impossible! Becca is top notch and cares so much for your dog while they are there, and, even after!! Always available to help with questions and even gives you videos to help as well as her verbiage. I can’t throw enough stars at this to let you know just how much this has helped change our lives, as well as our pups!!

Becca was AMAZING to not one but both of our dogs! She not only introduced the e collar properly and effectively, she was constantly uploading videos explaining her process and providing feedback for our boys. This support continued even after the program ended! We had our first dog trained by her and loved the freedoms we AND our dogs were able to receive from the training so much that we sent our next dog to her too. Being able to effectively communicate with both of our dogs to keep them SAFE and HAPPY is a gift beyond measure. Our boys are both happier and calmer knowing that we will protect them. LOVE how she includes her family and REAL world situations to help better prepare dogs for the rest of their life. Not only is Becca a trainer, but she’s a dog owner as well! Could not recommend her enough!

I found Almost Heaven K9 through Instagram at a time when I was really struggling with my rescue, Denali. She was extremely anxious all the time, but especially when we went out for walks (any loud noise made her frightened and she constantly lunged at squirrels...I almost dreaded taking her out for walks). After chatting with Becca, I booked Denali for the two week board and train program - even though we live out of state and I had to drive 8 hours each way - I would do it all over again, that's how much this program was worth it!! Becca has also been super responsive before, during, and after the program, always happy to answer any questions I've had regarding Denali. It's only been 1 month since her training, but I can confidently say that Denali has turned into an entirely new dog in the best way possible. Of course she is still her wild and goofy self when we play together, but she doesn't pace and whine around the house, not knowing what to do...she looks to me for guidance and knows how to relax her mind and just CHILL. She walks so nicely on a leash and I feel like I can bring her anywhere and not worry about her reacting or misbehaving. However, the most rewarding part of e-collar training is that I can give her the freedom of being off-leash!! This is what I dreamed of being able to do with Denali and thanks to Becca, it is now our reality. I highly recommend that if you do a B&T you - a) build a foundation of obedience/structure beforehand (it really helped Becca to be able to push Denali so much farther than I ever expected in such a short time!!), b) be open and ready to make necessary lifestyle changes, and c) get as involved as possible during the 2nd week and then implement the training you've learned on a daily basis. I practice recall (and other commands) with Denali every single day and that is why we're able to keep up with what Becca taught her. THANK YOU!!

So I’ve had issues with my rescue pup, Hobie, for years. Pacing, panting, anxious. It got to where he’d lunge at the mail man, UPS and Fedex folks delivering packages that it had become a serious worry to me that his anxiety was taking over and he may end up biting someone. I ran into Becca will walking Hobie one day and after talking decided he needed serious help. Hobie did the full two week board and train and I can tell you, he is such a calmer dog. He doesn’t pace or panic at a door closing or freak out over the beep of the oven pre-heating. He would also be a manic at my parents house barking at every car or person that went by. Now he either 1) stays in place or 2) is in downstay. He lays there and wags his tail all happy and when he’s on break he is just a happy dog walking around looking for head pats. My dad claims he’s such a happier dog now, more relaxed. Hobie is now living his best life thanks to Becca. But remember it’s not just on the dog, dog parents have responsibilities too so know that it’s up to us for them to remain happy and calm post training. I cannot thank her and her family for the help and love they’ve shown us. ❤️ Note: Ignore any negative reviews. These people don’t know her or her tools, have never spoken to her or used her services, nor do they even live in West Virginia. Shameful.
