Allen's Kennel Dog Training

Well i brought my dog here a couple of times for boarding and all was good until one day she came home walking lightly and licking her feet. I checked her pads and they were swollen and red. They eventually went normal but i didnt like that. Called and they said its possible the cement was too hard for her. Huh?! We run together..what concrete is "too" hard? Decided to try another boarding kennel that allowed her to play with other dogs. She loved it. So this past weekend we had an unplanned urgent out of town trip. Since shes due her bortatella i couldnt take her to the fun place. Reluctantly i went with Allen again, and give a second chance. Unfortunately, my dog came back home again with red swollen pads. She's not happy neither am i and best believe she wont be returning.

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR PET HERE! EVER!!!! Trust me this is the best way that I can put it. They are unprofessional. My pet a seizure and they never told us it was a seizure. They told us she was fine it wasn't a seizure. We have boarded our dogs there before ever since they were puppies. My dog never had a history of seizures and neither did her mother side of the family or father side of the family. Our pups were well known by the works anything abnormal we should have been notified right away. They never called us and told us about the issue yet a few weeks before when we boarded them they called about abnormal poop. My dog needed medical attention at that time and they failed to alert us and our vet. The owner never apologized and was rude about the entire issue. She did nothing but pin it all on us. She doesn't even know what a seizure looks like on a dog! TRUST ME! PROTECT YOUR PET AND BRING THEM SOMEWHERE THAT YOU CAN TRUST!
