Allen K9 Academy

Took a few privates then to first group class. Before training, our Border Collie was a fistful of unrelenting energy and didn’t listen, just wanted to herd everything. By the end of class, he was doing a sit/stay at the end of our driveway! We’ve loved learning how to train, and the results after the beginner class have been amazing! Candice is so patient and experienced, and has made training easy to follow. Looking forward to our next session!

We are currently taking our two Bernese siblings to Allen K9 Academy for private training sessions. They are very fearful of new things, people and places. This causes lots of reactive barking and anxiety. With just two sessions completed we were able to have guests in our home for 10 days. Candice taught us the correct way to introduce new people and how to correct the dogs when barking. We are so impressed with Candice's knowledge and technics. She is giving us the tools to train our dogs while explaining the behaviour and instinct of dogs. We would highly recommend Candice and Allen K9 Academy. She is wonderful.

Murphie has absolutely LOVED training with Candice, Grant, and Roper! Watching her go from beginner to intermediate beginner and now moving up to intermediate advanced has been so exciting. She has learned SO much, and it’s been amazing seeing her confidence and obedience grow every week. Candice makes training fun, encouraging, and easy to understand, and you can truly tell how much she cares about every dog she works with. Grant and Roper are the best role models too! Murphie also loves getting to participate in field day, which has been such a fun experience for her and another great way for her to learn and build confidence with several outside distractions. We honestly can’t recommend this training enough. Murphie is thriving, having the best time, and making us proud every single class!
