FirstBarkAllegiance Canine is the only professional trainer I’ve used, but I can’t imagine there are many better. The facility is clean and spacious, and the knowledgeable and patient staff truly care about dogs and owners. Utah loves going to Allegiance, whether for obedience training, daycare, or boarding. How do you get your dog house broken and stop from barking at everyone
That's a question for Jaque. He will easily be able to teach your dog to be house broken with little effort on your part but the barking at everybody either stems from fear or aggresion (or both) and so will likely take a lot of time and patience with you. But Jaque will lay a foundation and teach you to build from there

How old a dog ... How long and about how much does it cost..
All this depends. I am sure Jacques will tell you there is never to old of a dog for training, but ideally a dog should begin around 6 months to 2 years, beyond that they get much harder to train, provided they had no foundation before. As for how long, it depends on the dog. Really you should have an idea of how intense their training needs to be before you go, after all, you are the one for whom the dog is being trained for so it will be according to your needs more than anything else; there's no one size fits all course you can put a dog into and expect them to come out "perfect". As for cost, this seems to be one of the more cost effective trainers out there. I had my two huskies trained for about 1200 and I couldnt be happier. Depending on the dog, you could achieve basic obedience with him for about 300.

Allegiance has helped my leash reactive German shepherd, Khloe, a lot. I did 2 other evals with other big names in the Memphis area and they all said my GSD was so reactive there wasn’t much hope for her. Wendy encouraged me to bring her here and the owner immediately showed me ways to work on her reactivity. She did a 2 week basic obedience daily training with Wendy and Lillian and she did so well. Khloe continues to go weekly to their fit day camp and enjoys it. We’ve been with them for 4 months now and Khloe is now much more confident and obedient which has helped her flourish. She started training at 9 months of age and I’m very happy that she now still continues to socialize and grow her curiosity even more in a safe, structured environment. Thank you Allegiance! Highly recommend everyone to come here over other top competitors in the Memphis area.
We highly recommend Allegiance Canine! Our rescue dog, Junie, didn’t know her name and was extremely high energy when we brought her to them. She left knowing her name and basic obedience commands that tremendously helped us. Junie loved her trainers and was so excited to go every day!

The trainers, training, and methods at Allegiance are amazing. They can work with any breed at all levels of training. Interactive progression turns every owner into a confident and consistent owner, and each dog shows clear progress, step by step. I brought a small-breed grown rescue dog with behavior problems to them unsure if we could get him integrated into our home and with our other dogs.....we are very, very happy with the results.
My ACD came to me with a giant suitcase of issues, most of them relating back to years living in a kennel with little to no contact with the world outside. Since starting with Allegiance, most of those issues are either gone or we have the tools to deal with them. My little dog is much more relaxed in new situations, she engages with me, and her stay is a thing to behold.
