I appreciate Tara’s invaluable knowledge and experience training dogs and couldn’t say enough about her. I recommend her to everyone I meet who is looking or needing a trainer. She did an amazing job with my two Akitas and I will definitely use her again. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything, she just helps you fix them! Her instructional style, methods, and ability to differentiate instruction for the makeup of every class make her a solid choice. The only people I have seen unhappy were people who couldn’t take her bluntness or were in denial about their dog’s needs. We spend every weekend the first two years we have in training, and it shows. These classes are an investment in the quality of life you will share with your dogs. The better trained they are, the more enjoyable they are to take places! And if you have strong, determined, intelligent, headstrong dogs like mine, it is your social responsibility to train them well if you are going to engage them in the community. I went to several other places after moving here, and am so happy to have found her. Well worth the drive!
