We were having behavioral issues with our female Pitt. She had suddenly decided started snapping at her brothers. We contacted Jason, and met with him. He reassured us this was fixable. She spent a week with him working on training, and has come home doing so much better. She is no longer jumpy, she is interacting well with the boys and responding well to the ongoing training and discipline at home. Thank you All Star K-9 for helping us get our sweet girl back!

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. I took my dog to Jason in December for a week long “training”. I ended up picking him up a day early but still got charged for the complete week plus charged for extras that he set home with him. Those extras included two white ropes that he had me use a leash for around the house, a prong collar (even though I did provided him with one I got sent home with one that I again had to pay extra for), and a wooden box to have him stand on (which I could have made at home myself). Prior to pick up if I was made aware that these things would have been needed I could have saved myself some money and provided them myself. When I went to pick up my dog he smelt disgusting like he had been sitting in his own urine and feces. I had to instantly take him to a dog bathing station and clean him up because that smell would have stayed in my house for weeks if I brought him home like that. I then got him home where he started using the bathroom in the house, getting up on my counter, and his listening got 1000 times worse. Mind you this was my easiest puppy that I’ve ever potty trained he had maybe a total of 3 accidents in the house and then he was good to go. Then I bring him home from this “training” thinking that using the bathroom in the house is completely okay. The whole reason I sent him to be trained is to get him on the right track when I couldn’t since I was very busy at that time. I listened to everything Jason recommended/told me to do and nothing worked. I even spent more money on the recommendations that he gave me at pick up. What worked was me starting from scratch and doing the training myself which is not what I wanted/had the time for but I had to make it work to get my dog trained. In less than a week I had the house training issue fixed, the listening issue fixed, plus worked on even more commands than he was taught in a week of “training” with Jason. I later reached out to Jason to explain my frustration just simply asking for a small refund back for the troubles that happened and he completely ghosted me. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like people should know if you are gonna spend more than $1,000 dollars on dog “training” this is what you might get from here.

We took our pup to Jason because he had a tendency to pull, bark and lunge while on the leash. He also has some anxiety in our apartment and barks at any noise that exists. When we went to pick him up, we felt rushed and didn’t get as much training on our end as we were hoping for. We were assured that if we needed any help it would be offered and that we would meet again as a progress check in a few weeks anyways. After a few days of our pup being home there was a positive and noticeable difference in his leash walking but his barking has become worse. We reached back out for help and after 2 weeks of trying to set something up and getting asked to reschedule multiple times we were only offered 15 minutes of his time. It was really unfortunate to spend the money we did and feel like we weren’t offered the support we talked about.

After a lot of research, we decided to take our 2 doodle puppies to Jason for some obedience training. They were 10 days in his care, and when we got to pick them up, it felt like day and night. Jason took the time to show and walk us through the things they have learned. We can now go on walks without them pulling in every direction. They listen better to commands, and even the barking has improved. He even offered to meet up again for some off leash recall training. We are so happy with our pups now, and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer.
