All-Star Dog Training

Our German Shepherd pup went into training only knowing basic commands like sit, paw, etc. After her training we have been able to enjoy easy walks without any pulling or reactivity, off leash recall at the park, going to the store and not focusing on everything around her. We now have that confidence in her listening which has made us look forward to her daily workouts, walks and excursions. Thanks to Sit Means Sit we are able to enjoy our new addition to our family.

My husband and I are so relieved after just 3 sessions with Sit Means Sit. Our trainer Sean did in home visits with us, as our puppy Dotty Joy had picked up some bad behaviors which I was reinforcing. Sean helped us to teach Dotty that we were in control, she does not own the couch, and biting is not okay. She loves to work for us and the collar and treats are great ways we can communicate. We are now walking on a leash, not resource guarding, and learning to place/relax. Thanks to Sean, no more fear of snarly puppy bites.

Very pleased with this company and glad we signed up our new rescue. Signed up for the private consultations as we were looking for basic behavior/obedience as to prevent bigger issues before they started. Sean was GREAT instructor for Lucy (and me) and showed us methods and skills to obtain our goals. I was initially concerned about the 'collar' but after they demonstrated on my own hand - concerns alleviated and do believe was beneficial in correcting and teaching behavior. Their ongoing support when needed (additional sessions/questions, etc. is also nice benefit, as Lucy is still a 'work in progress'.

Would recommend to anyone 100%. They were great with my dog Kylo. He had previous training as a puppy but we recently moved here from Pittsburgh, and he was struggling with separation anxiety. I could not leave the house without him constantly barking… for hours. After Sit Means Sit I am able to leave the house without a worry because I know he is calm and sleeping the entire time. Extra thanks to Ori, Sam, and Greyson - I had my hour lessons with them and they were so helpful. I brought family members with me to these lessons and they made sure to teach them just as much to me. And Sean was amazing at the in house lesson - I didn’t think so much learning could be done in 1 hour. He was patient and addressed any remaining concerns I had about Kylo’s training. I can not say enough positive things about my experience!!!
