We were a bit nervous to try ADU, but our Tucker had some behavioral issues that we were struggling with so we decided to give it a go. Touring the facility and speaking with the trainer, as well as being able to try the eCollar ourselves, really helped us in cementing our decision. Tucker just came home yesterday, and he truly is a changed pup. He is much more in control of his impulses, and although he is (as expected) testing his boundaries, we are staying true to the techniques the trainer used during his boarding, and which he reviewed with us (and Tucker) during the exit/leadership transfer meeting and it's working wonders. It's expensive, sure. But the personal attention and care and direction they were able to impart to Tucker during those 2 weeks is going to make Tucker happier and less frustrated with us, and us happier and less frustrated with Tucker. I believe this to have been money truly well spent. And when you throw in the free lifetime support should issues reoccur in the future, or should we have situation specific questions, it becomes something of a bargain, in my opinion. Highly recommend this facility. A kudos shout-out to Brandon, our trainer, for an outstanding job and for the clear instruction you gave to us. Maybe learn to talk a little slower though. :-)
