English Springer Spaniel, Henry, is a much more well-mannered 8/9-month Puppy now that Trainer-Jeff has worked with him. Jeff gets 5-Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for meeting the needs of this Owner. I approached Henry’s Training with a list of objectives and priorities. Henry refused crate training, at home. (And I have 25 years of experience.) And without proper crate training, many basic and advanced skills are based upon that. Henry would bark the entire time I left the house: 10 mins or 2 hours. He also, barked in his crate at night. Now, Henry can walk nicely on a loose leash, stay in heel position, Place on an elevated cot without running out the front door, recall well the first time, and no longer jumps up or mouths our friends. And the best part… he will go into his crate for bedtime when I give him direction. Communication with their Regional Dallas Rep and also, with ADU’s front desk staff caused this Review to be only 4/5 stars. I’ve invested a lot of my time, love, and resources into my Family Dog and I expect prompt feedback about his care and wellbeing. Seventeen overnight stays is stressful on both the dog and his/her Owner. Also, I didn’t like the way the Contracts read. Very threatening and litigious. Not friendly to the Client at all. Just btw. Overall, the Training and follow-up have been Excellent. LP 9/40/2024
