Thank you to Roa, Kalyn and the whole team at Dogs Unleashed San Antonio. Beyond impressed and grateful. Sadie and Remi still have their wonderful personalities; and are so much more enjoyable because of y’all. Thank you so much! The board and train program is a dream if anyone has issues with their dog/dogs. I’m so glad Remi and Sadie can always be welcomed back and that they have lifetime support from y’all. I had a great experience with All Dogs Unleashed so far! From the very beginning, Kalyn (the Operations Director) was super responsive via email and addressed all of my questions thoroughly. When I had my in-person consultation with Aubrey, she was equally awesome - confident, friendly, and also made sure all of my questions were answered about my dog, Milo. I ended up scheduling training but had to reschedule due to some unexpected conflicts, and Kalyn was incredibly accommodating and understanding about that. When I finally got started with the training, I met Roa (who is seriously amazing and so kind!). She became Milo’s primary trainer. We started with in-home sessions, and it was so reassuring to see how Roa interacted with Milo - she was patient and had such a great approach. After a few sessions, we realized that in-home training wasn’t going to be the best fit for Milo, so he transitioned to the board & train program. Even though I know multiple trainers work with the dogs there, the bond that Milo built with Roa made me feel so much more comfortable because Milo can be a bit sensitive and chaotic, lol. The overall experience has been really positive, and I would definitely recommend training your dog with All Dogs Unleashed.
