All Dogs Unleashed Dog Training Kansas City

I couldn't be happier about my experience at All Dogs Unleashed. I came to them worn down after my 2-year old rescue Rhett was suffering from separation anxiety -- like the kind that makes it difficult to want to come home because you know there's a mess awaiting you. And don't get me started on the books and shoes I've lost. I love the little guy so much that I had to find a better way for both of our sanity. Like many of you, I read ADU's reviews, watched the transformation videos on Instagram and I thought I had to try this place. I'm so glad I did. I signed up for the 2-week board and train for Rhett, and they had us come visit the facility for an initial private lesson. I shared a lot more of the issues I had been having with Rhett, and I was glad to be paired with the trainer Bret who owns a chihuahua at home. He explained that many dogs can overcome separation anxiety with more confidence and that's where the training comes in. I'll admit, I was excited but skeptical. What really pushed this experience over the top for me was that they helped me customize a training experience that worked for our family. I also have a 6-year old cavalier king charles spaniel Emmie who had training elsewhere when she was a puppy and didn't need a full board & train (to which they agreed and didn't try to sell me on!) but I really wanted to ensure they would be on the same page when Rhett returned home. ADU recommended a private lesson with just Emmie when I dropped off Rhett for his board and train. Then, Emmie and I went to work! While Rhett was in training, Emmie and I were also practicing at home. I missed my little dude so much, but ADU sent so many photos and videos over the two weeks. I truly felt like I was with him every step of the way during training, and Bret gave me feedback and encouragement with Emmie at home. Let's just say, I just picked up Rhett and got to practice walking on the leash with both Rhett and Emmie, and I couldn't be happier! I'm excited to reacclimatize Rhett into our home. And you know the best part? ADU proudly touts lifetime support after the training program. So I know I can reach out to them to help me with Rhett if I need it... Without paying more (within reason), which is so important in today's economy!!! Thank you Bret, Aaron, Alex and all the other folks that worked with my little guy these past two weeks and for helping me start this new chapter. I'm incredibly grateful.
