We’ve had such a great experience with ADUKC. From boarding our puppy to weekly daycare for our dog, everything has been handled with so much care and professionalism. Aaron and his team are truly exceptional. They take the time to get to know each dog, and it shows in how comfortable and happy our dog is every time we drop them off. It gives us real peace of mind knowing they’re in a safe, structured, and attentive environment. Whether it’s a longer boarding stay or just a regular daycare day, the consistency, communication, and genuine care from the team make all the difference. We couldn’t recommend ADUKC more.

Original review (May 2025) - I had a disappointing experience with All Dogs Unleashed and will not be returning. Here's why: First, I booked a boarding stay two months in advance. A week before drop-off, I had some questions and wanted to confirm the reservation. For five days, I called, emailed, and even went to their location in person, trying to get a hold of someone. No one ever responded. This lack of communication forced us to push our flight back and completely rearrange our trip, all because I couldn't confirm the reservation. Next, during my dog's stay, I didn't receive a single update or photo in the four nights he was there. Despite texting one of the owners directly for an update, my request was completely ignored. Additionally, they don't allow you to see the back room where the dogs sleep. My dog was extremely reluctant to go to the back area, which was alarming. It's very concerning that this part of the facility isn't shown or advertised to customers Finally, during pickup, the girl at the front desk did not know who my dog was or the correct amount to charge. The entire experience was incredibly stressful for me and my family. I recommend looking into other options for pet care. ————————————————————— Update in response to owner reply March 2026- Thank you for your response, although I find it surprising it came nearly a year later. First, my name is Ana. It’s a small detail, but one that reflects the level of attentiveness I referenced in my original review. To clarify, my review was about my third and final stay, where I received no communication or updates during Wrigley’s time there. My prior experiences were positive, which is exactly why the drop in communication was so noticeable. That distinction seems to have been missed. Referencing “6 updates” across multiple stays totaling over two and a half weeks only reinforces my point. That level of communication is minimal at best, and during the final stay for 4 nights I received zero. The primary issue, and what prompted my review, was the complete lack of responsiveness leading up to the stay. Multiple calls, texts, emails, and even an in person visit went unanswered, which ultimately disrupted my travel plans. I’m also uncomfortable with videos of my dog and details of my travel being shared publicly, as they are neither necessary nor appropriate. I don’t plan to go back and forth on this. My review reflects my experience, and I stand by it. My intent was simply to share honest feedback on communication and client experience. I trust this is taken constructively, as professionalism and clear communication are the standard when a client entrusts you with their pet.
