Before the training, we were struggling with some of her behaviors, but now she’s so much more well-behaved and responsive. Kat, the trainer, has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything to us and ensure we understood how to maintain Luna’s progress at home. Kat’s expertise and patience really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with.
