Amazing Amazing Amazing Before All Dogs Unleashed, Betty & Wilma were unruly country dogs. Lazy and great dogs, but no social manners, no ability to walk on the leash without pulling. I decided to move to Austin and needed to get them trained quick. In two weeks, Betty & Wilma were obedient, able to walk on a leash, able to sit in place for extended periods of time, able to go into a coffee shop without getting rambunctious, able to maintain composure when other animals were nearby. We have had a very very smooth transition from living in the country to living in an apartment in the city. Couldn’t have turned out better! Attached is a photo of my sweet sweet girls at a coffee shop - no care in the world for the other dog a few tables over.

Edit: Stopped communicating and did not honor his word. Simon reached out to me and said he never received my first message. We are working on a resolution together. Unfortunately were not able to address our dogs issues and did not communicate that with us. Had our dogs stay an extra week and charge more for this, but it did not help.

Where do I start..words cannot describe how grateful I am for ADU and all their staff. Being a first time pet owner and rescuing a reactive dog was very overwhelming for me. I was unsure on what my next steps would be, scared thinking maybe I made the wrong choice in rescuing etc. I was so shutdown I almost found her a new home. Finally, I recognized that training could be my only option if I wanted to keep her. I searched for trainers but no one really stood out to me like David. His knowledge, experience and genuine character made me choose ADU. Our experience just gathering information, chatting about Leia and next steps was effortless. After explaining Leia’s circumstances and our worries to David, he assured me that I’d see a change in her. Once we checked in, the receptionist were very helpful and informative to what we’d expect, what we needed to know and assured us again, that Leia was in the best hands. Once we left her, we received a text from her trainer Randell. He introduced himself, explained a bit his plan of action and again, reassured us. Before we know it, a week had gone by and we get a fabulous report card with pictures on our girls progress. For pet parents who worry about how their dog is doing, worried if they’re fitting in etc this report card was great. Another week passed and boom, we arrive to Graduation day!! We finally meet Randall, he explains what he’s done and how we can implement the training in our home. You can tell, he genuinely loves his job which only made me so much more grateful for choosing ADU. Once everything was explained, we saw our girl and everything was demonstrated. Her progress, the do’s and don’t s, and ultimately the bond they had created in these two weeks. All in all, I’m extremely thankful and appreciative of ADU. From start to finish I left a lot lighter and with more confidence that I can be the knowledgeable owner that Leia deserves. David, thank you for giving me hope and encouragement. ADU staff, thank you for such a smooth transition and finally the biggest thank you to Randall!! You’ve shown us in such a short time you not only give training your all but you make each puppy feel so loved and cared for. This wasn’t just another dog to train or another opportunity for money. I believe you put your heart into it. That’s what I saw today. Thank you, thank you, thank you! From the bottom of my heart! If you have a dog and aren’t sure if training is the right fit or aren’t sure which place to choose; let this be your sign to choose ADU. You won’t regret it!
