I had a disappointing experience with All Dogs Training CO. in Leander, Texas, after enrolling my GSP puppy in their $1,800 Puppy Foundations Program. While the initial promise of crate training and basic obedience seemed appealing, the training delivered was inconsistent and incomplete. Despite videos of the training process, key issues like crate training, socialization, and command responsiveness remained unresolved. When I raised my concerns, the company deflected blame on my dog's genetics and environment, offering only one additional free day of training, which I felt was inadequate. Ultimately, I requested an $800 refund, feeling that the program did not meet expectations. When the company did not respond, I warned of a potential civil suit. I also felt the advanced program offered little additional value, making the entire experience feel like a bait-and-switch.

I had vacation scheduled for less than a month after I got my Doberman puppy. I struggled to find a place to board him that would help continue his potty training progress until I found Heather at All Dogs Training Co. I had always been against board and train programs, but figured I would go ahead and do the puppy foundation program since I was going to be out of town anyway. I can not express how much this changed the trajectory of my dog and I's relationship and the success I have experienced in making him a well-rounded dog. She gave us the tools and understanding to incorporate him into my very busy and active life, in a way that benefits us both and sets him up for success. Throughout his first year especially, Heather was always willing to give advice and guidance over the phone as things popped up. It is clear that starting a relationship with All Dogs Training Co, doesn't only provide support and guidance during the session or class, but continues on as they are invested in the overall success of the dog. Investing in the puppy foundation class and continued training and education with Heather has been priceless and has provided me with a dog I can take almost anywhere and trust to obey.
