Sergio was absolutely amazing with our dogs, and we are so grateful for everything he has done for our family! We have reactive dogs, and Sergio has been incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. He never made us feel judged or overwhelmed. Instead, he gave us practical tools and guidance that helped us better understand our dogs and communicate with them more effectively. We sent our 5-year-old pit mix, Stevie, to Sergio for a 6-week board-and-train program with e-collar training. Stevie was very stubborn and reactive, and we knew she needed some extra help. Sergio worked with her on her commands, obedience, and especially her reactivity. When Stevie came home, we could see such a difference. She was calmer, seemed to be in a much better headspace, and was better able to listen and respond to us. Just as importantly, Sergio gave *us* the tools and understanding we needed to continue helping her at home. We now have a much better understanding of how to communicate what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior and how to support her when she becomes reactive. What we appreciate most is how much Sergio genuinely cares about the dogs and the people working with them. His patience, knowledge, and kindness made such a difference for us. We’ve had two Chocolate Labradors trained by Sergio. Both times were exceptional. He kept us informed of their progress to include pictures and videos, the videos helped us understand his technique and we have referred back to them since they have been home. Our first lab was trained in 2024 and our 2nd in April 2026. Sergio has the temperament and keen insight to understand what the dog is doing and why, then the ability to use it positively for the dogs training. I would not hesitate to utilize his services and unique abilities again. Absolutely the best money we’ve spent.

We have had our dog for a year and have grown frustrated with our inability to train him to fully eliminate indoor accidents and jumping on guests and children. To add to the frustration, our dog is mainly the responsibility of our teenager and we all know how that goes. We recently worked with Sergio and the impact has been incredible. Before working with him, we tried the YouTube route to train our Goldendoodle, Bonnie… and honestly, we got nowhere. She’s a sweet girl, but she was completely unruly!! Jumping on guests, pulling and running on walks, and not holding commands for more than a few seconds. Even after just one session with Sergio, we saw a difference immediately. Now, using his techniques, Bonnie has made huge strides in a short amount of time. She’s more disciplined, no longer jumps on people, and actually listens. One of the biggest breakthroughs for me recently was being able to tell her to sit, walk across the house, and she stayed put until I released her.
