All Dogs Allowed

TLDR: Take your pups here! I don’t even know how to start because I have so many good things to say about All Dogs Allowed and this is my first time I ever take the time to write a google review. If you are looking for a training centre that you can feel assured with, LOOK NO FURTHER. It takes 45 min drive for me and my pup to come to this facility and it’s always the most rewarding part of our week. What I loved about ADA and why you should strongly consider them too: First, I love the philosophy they hold. Using positive reinforcement to train your dog is not just a method of training, it is a philosophy to treat your dogs with compassion and as sentient beings. ADA is a place that value your pups as such. As a new puppy owner, it could be overwhelming with so many resources on TikTok and YouTube on how to train your dog. Plus, you never know if they are science based and if they address only the symptoms or the root cause of your puppy behaviours. Here, the trainers are able to share SCIENCE-BASED methods that work. All the trainers I have worked with are passionate about empowering students with skills and techniques. I learnt many tips from each of them such as marking the ideal behaviour at the right timing, to understanding body language of my pup, how to manage/breakup playtime, how to get them to focus on you. I have learnt so much about myself as a handler - how to communicate better and instead of getting frustrated at my puppy when “he is not listening”, I could approach the issue from a place of understanding and solve it effectively. Whichever life stage your pup is at, there are lessons to choose from! My pup started his first class at 10 weeks ago and have been regularly attending classes and he is 10 months old now. I attended Puppy Socialisation, Puppy Starters, Puppy Optimist, CGC Prep Classes. I kept mason in classes to keep him socialised and keep him grounded as he goes through puppyhood and adoloscence. He is doing so well that he even passed his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) obedience test in the thick of his adolescence. We look forward to attending more classes - probably dynamic dogs or nosework for fun next :) Shout out to Elizabeth, Candace, Sorrel, Katherine and Katie for being mason’s trainers (mason adores each of you very much). We have taken two classes at All Dogs Allowed - Puppy Socialization and Puppy Starters. We were lucky to have Elizabeth as our instructor for both and had a great time! Our puppy, Nandor, learned so much during these classes - Puppy Socialization helped him build confidence and Puppy Starters helped us teach him critical obedience skills to be a well-mannered dog. We enjoyed these classes so much, we’re moving on to Dynamic Dog next! Thank you Elizabeth and All Dogs Allowed - we look forward to continuing our training journey with your group :-)
