FirstBarkNot only was my fur baby Puma, trained at All Canines but Mike taught my husband and I how to confidently communicate with our dog. She is so well trained and listens to basic commands even in distracting situations. Constantly checking with me for directions during walks which makes our outdoor experiences a pleasure. Mike is the best! When you meet him you will know what I mean immediately. He is knowledgeable, kind and confident. The training sessions helped me understand Ella better and what she needed from me. The sessions for Ella were led with positive reinforcement and love. I know he really cared for Ella and she definitely loved him. It was sad to have our sessions come to an end. I always learned something new and they were a highlight for Ella for sure. Thanks again Mike!
My pup and myself really enjoyed our experience with Mike! He was extremely kind and patient with us. He did not rush the process, he took his time and we saw great results. He is an animal lover and a great teacher, I definitely recommend him if you need any training!
Mike helped us to learn to navigate a people reactive dog in a small apartment setting. Her reactivity is not cured, but he gave us the tools and confidence as first-time dog owners to handle the situation.

I walked into this watching a lot of YouTube vids and having a base of knowledge, but Mike really took it to the next level and unlocked so much for us and our dog. Mike taught us fundamentals and techniques, but I think his value was really opening us to a new perspective of what a relationship with your dog can be. Now, using his methods I don’t feel like I’m doing burdensome “training” with my dog, but truly building a bond and trust. As a result our dog’s recall improved, his attention is locked on me most times, he’s much better and more confident in different situations outside of the home, and ultimately he and I are just much happier together. I truly can’t thank Mike enough. If you are willing to put in the work and you care about your dog’s well being, Mike is your guy. And for a very specific story - our dog loves playing tug and was a true “lock jaw” dog. I could never get him to drop. In our first session with Mike, he re-routed our techniques and by the end of the session we could all get him to drop his toy. It was mind blowing!
