Adventure Tails Dog Training & Enrichment

We had an amazing experience working with Miranda and her team from Adventure Tails. She came to our home and did a thorough intake and observation of both of our dogs, taking the time to really understand their very different personalities, needs, and challenges. One of our dogs is a young, anxious herding-type pup with some social anxiety, while the other is a sweet but stubborn and very strong puppy who needed help with basic obedience. Miranda immediately connected with both of them and created a tailored training approach that made sense for each dog. She helped us with everything from household management and managing disputes between the dogs to obedience, play, leash walking, and building better routines. Most importantly, she helped us create a calmer, more peaceful environment in our home. Miranda gave us the tools, skills, and confidence to manage our somewhat complicated pups — and to enjoy them more. She was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in understanding both our dogs and our family. I can't say enough good things about Adventure Tails Dog Training. Miranda was so easy to work with and taught my dog as well as myself so much. My dog is older and I was worried that it was too late to teach him the things that were frustrating both of us. Miranda is a miracle worker and he did amazing and learned very quickly. Miranda and the AdventureTails team opened up the world for our dogs and family. We were struggling with reactivity and walks were challenging. Now our dogs can safely play off leash on trails, have a great recall, and can even walk on leash at a heel. The best part is that our dogs are confident and happy - they have so much fun going on regular adventures now! It took time, effort, and commitment to get where we are, but trust the process.
