Then resort to Google to express your frustration. ​A Masterclass in Timing and Logic: The 11-Year "Urgency" You waited 11 years to address your dog’s aggression? Your inquiry was sent to upper management to see how we could assist.(because, believe it or not, "dangerous dog vs. two German Shepherds" is a liability) Since no consultation was made, no phone calls came in and the level of risk and liability your email inquiry contained it needed to be forwarded to the owner to determine how to proceed. ​The Ghost Caller: You claimed to have called three times, yet our logs show zero incoming calls from the number you provided. Perhaps the phone lines were jammed with other people expecting Christmas miracles? ​The Automated Snub: If you called, our automated system would have sent you notifications to schedule a consultation with 1 of our four trainers or administrative assistant. You chose to ignore every single one of them? It’s hard to "expedite the process" when you refuse to actually start it. ​We Aren't a "Meet-and-Greet" Service: To clarify, we are a Dog Training Company, not a "Dog Introduction Concierge." We specialize in behavior modification, not high-stakes refereeing for your Florida vacation. ​Captioning the Inquiry: ​"A Recipe for Disaster: Hoping a Decade of Aggression Disappears via an Email Sent 5 Days Before Christmas." ​The "Dilemma" vs. Reality ​Your request is fascinating. You have an 11-year-old dog with a history of aggression and you want to introduce your small 11 year old dog to a house of German Shepherds? ​You didn't ask for training. You didn't schedule a consultation. You didn't ask for behavior modification. You asked us to step into a powder keg of "potential liability" so you could have a smoother holiday visit with total lack of consideration to others. Had you reached us at the correct number, or followed the process by scheduling a consultation we would have taken the time to seek relief for your situation—we don't just show up to watch a three-way dog fight in your friend’s living room in a moments notice.
