Activate Canine Dog Training

we have a toy poodle that when he turned 2 all of his training went out we couldn’t take him anywhere. He barked all the time at anything especially Amazon drivers and anytime we came upon another dog or squirrel or people he would just choke himself trying to run and jump up on them. I trained him to be a service dog, but he wasn’t listening to any commands anymore and so I reached out to activate dog training and he was with them for three weeks and she sent pictures and updated me on his training and then when she brought him home, she spent an hour with me going through some commands, and he is a changed dog. He doesn’t jump on people he doesn’t bark he is a very well manner dog and we are just so grateful and can’t think Alicia enough. She’s also come back again to teach more of the cues to the family and she’s gonna check back in train us as needed. We’re so excited with how he’s doing this fall we’re gonna put him in the trailblazer program so he can go off leash but he really is just doing amazing and he is our sweet loving dog, but he obey and it’s such a huge relief to be able to take him places and him be well-behaved. I can’t praise this program enough and would totally do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to Anybody. Also we’re veterans and he’s my service dog and she gave us a military discount which I thought was very nice and very appreciated.

If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Our dog, Buster, was struggling with bolting out the door, running away, and all around stressful behavior. After spending time with the Activate crew, Buster came home with the tools needed to be his best boy self! I never thought i would see the day where we could enjoy time out doors, have company over, and take Buster to visit family without worrying he would run away. The trainers were great with communication, updates, and photos. We felt extremely safe having Buster in their care! I recommend Activate Canine Dog Training to anyone who's looking for help and guidance with their dogs training and behavior. You truly won't regret it!

We truly cannot believe the transformation in our St. Bernard after this training program. When we sent him to training, he was about a year and a half old and had become extremely stubborn. He wouldn’t listen to basic commands, pulled so hard on his leash that he literally pulled us over on walks, and had begun showing signs of aggression. At one point he even nipped at the vet, which was very concerning given his size. We knew we needed professional help before the behavior became a much bigger problem. They picked him up for their 6-week training program, which made the process incredibly easy for us. From the beginning we felt confident he was in the right hands. They clearly understand how to work with large, strong breeds and dogs with challenging behaviors. When they delivered him back to our home, the difference was unbelievable. It honestly felt like we had a completely different dog. He is calm, attentive, and incredibly well-behaved. He now listens to commands, walks properly on a leash without pulling, and handles situations calmly that used to be a struggle. What impressed us just as much is that their service doesn’t stop when the training ends. They come to your home for follow-up sessions to make sure you understand how to maintain everything he learned and to help him transition smoothly back into your daily routine. During those visits, it was obvious how much our dog loved the trainers, which gave us even more confidence in the care and connection they had with him during training. Best of all, while he is now a well-trained and obedient dog, he still has the same adorable, goofy personality we love. They didn’t change who he is—they just helped him become the best version of himself. Our St. Bernard is now a joy to be around and a well-mannered member of our family. The change is truly remarkable. If you have a stubborn or challenging dog—especially a large breed—this program is absolutely worth it. Five stars and highly recommend. 🐾
