Ace'n Agility

I love Ace’n Agility! I started going to classes there because I have a crazy energetic dog, it was the middle of summer, and this is a beautiful, air-conditioned facility. Now it has been more than 2 years and we are in classes there several times a week and having a blast! Julie is an amazing instructor. Her years of experience in this sport and as a trainer really shine through. I have had challenges with my dog along the way and Julie is always ready with a novel approach to work through them. I have seen her do the same with many others in my classes, both experienced agility handlers and brand-new teams. I love the large indoor space which not only allows us to take classes in any weather but also ensures safety. Ace’n Agility has provided so much fun for me and my dog but also an opportunity to continue to learn and grow for both of us.

My dog and I have been taking classes here for a couple of years now and we love it so much! My dog has gained so much confidence under Julie’s teaching, she takes so much care to ensure safety and comfort as we tackle new challenges! Her decades of experience are evident in her classes. She makes sure we are learning it the right way from the start and it shows in how we’ve progressed and now have 7 ribbons to our name! We love it here! 💗

I have been a student of Ace ‘n Agility for 2 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Julie (owner) is extremely knowledgeable (46 years of agility experience). She makes classes fun for me and my dogs. I’ve met many great people and dogs during the past two years at her facility. One big factor for me is that Julie promotes safety for dogs and people. If you want to have fun with your dogs, this is the place to do it!!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this agility group and all of its trainers. This is the third agility group my pup and I have tried out and the only one where we have had actual success. I have never received so much support and encouragement from a group of trainers and I have had so much fun learning new things and watching my dog's abilities and confidence grow! Also, it's indoors. In Arizona. Could you ask for a better combination? I definitely think having some basic obedience foundations before class is important. I will forever be referring this group for anyone with an interest in learning agility!

Following puppy obedience at Foothills Canine Academy, we took the beginner/foundations class at Ace’n Agility which is immediately next door. Riley was still very young but the training was great for him to work on his impulse control as he had to wait his turn and he was always ready to go. The instructor Dana was very good as she was very thorough on her directions and provided very positive feedback. Our goal was to continue to improve our communication with our pup and to expose him to a new experience and skills – we accomplished both. The indoor facility is exceptional. We are full time travelers so this will be our only course but if we lived in the area, we would definitely be back for more.
