Ace'n Agility

Decided to give Ace’nAgility a try over the summer months. Being in AZ we needed a cooler place to practice. The facility is state of the art, clean and cool. From the start everyone is kind, inviting and welcoming! From the training perspective. We shot for having a solid 6 weaves from a send. Both sides oh and working on distance. Well last night was a huge test for us. Moved into Advanced obstacles and we were able to execute!! Jumps to weaves with a send!!! Both sides. Thank you Julie, Nico and the rest of your crew for providing the tools and confidence to accomplish our goals!

Update: 2 years since I wrote my first review, and we still love Ace’n Agility! Classes here changed the game for my dog’s confidence. Having an indoor dog training facility in the summer is also absolutely amazing. In addition to agility, they offer all sorts of training and dog sports classes. — This is a really lovely facility with fantastic instructors! The classes are very well-planned and managed, with everyone’s health and safety as the top priority. From the first minute he stepped into his first class, our pup Laszlo had a blast! Julie is a clear and patient instructor, and very kind. She emphasizes moving at the dog’s pace and allowing them to opt in to learning each obstacle. She has been very patient with Laszlo’s teenage antics :) We are so excited to continue classes!

We love Ace’n Agility! We knew our Aussie had agility potential, and Julie, Nico, and all the coaches continue to help him achieve it. It’s a fun, supportive, safe environment. Julie’s experience and teaching style is incredible. We have enjoyed learning/playing/growing as handlers also! (We’re harder to teach than the dogs!) It’s so fun, and Kobe would give it all 4 paws up!! It’s the real deal, ya’ll! 😉
