ACC (Applied Canine Concepts LLC)

We gladly sent our dog ACC last year who most of the time is a solid citizen but developed a fear of missing out on our kids pool activities to the point where he was greatly decreasing our enjoyment by playing too rough with anyone who wanted to swim. He now is such a pleasure and has earned back his family membership status. Through what we learned from Fabian and Gina, we were able to teach him to wait for permission to enter the pool. He is completely equipment free and knows his job. We took The time to stay connected to Gina throughout our learning curve and boy has it paid off! We have the dog we want and he enjoys all the freedom he wants. They are amazing and the facility is second to none. We live out of state and go out of our way to send our dog to ACC when we are away on long trips. There is no other facility we trust with our precious boy!

I recently took my reactive dog to ACC and let me tell you I was blown away. The trainers did such an amazing job with my dog and I can’t be more happy i knew she was in good hands in the whole process. The staff is so incredible the way they care for each and every dog and the people that come into those doors. It is also very clean and well kept up with. The trainers took their time helping me through this process and because of them I have a better relationship with my dog who was previously reactive. I deeply recommend Applied canine concepts.

Several years ago I was introduced to Gina at Applied Canine Concepts ACC and through her we acquired our German Shepard Ciera. Ciera is a wonderful and amazing dog. Recently I went through a divorce and as a result, I ended up with the full-time custody and care of Ciera. I am single and travel extensively for work, so I needed to board Ciera while I travel. I was so uncomfortable with the thought of boarding her, but I would never abandon her as I am her human, and she is my girl. To this day I am saddened whenever I drop Ciera off, but I think my sadness is missing her for several weeks. What I don’t have with Applied Canine Concepts is worry about the physical care of Ciera or her emotional well-being. On several occasions, Gina or her staff members, have pointed out physical conditions, which I missed, that needed attention. They recently noticed Ciera getting a little heavy, so we worked together on her feeding and exercise to get her back in shape. More importantly, I noticed that regardless of the ACC intake employee, Ciera runs from the car to the employee and greets them like she does her family or friends who love her. All employees are highly professional and obviously love and care deeply for the dogs in their care. Gina and her husband are World Champion trainers and competitors and their knowledge of caring for dogs is extensive. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very secure. They are flexible to accommodate a busy schedule. I am a very critical consumer and Ciera is my baby. In over a year of boarding, I cannot find any fault with ACC and have actually grown to admire and trust the organization. While I travel I can sleep at night knowing that Ciera is receiving the best love, care and shelter available. I even drive an hour each way to bring her there and I'm sure I pass many other boarding facilities along the way. Sean Walker
