ACC (Applied Canine Concepts LLC)

I have a teacup Pomeranian and have been through 2 training facilities and numerous groomers over the years. I was losing all hope of house breaking our boy and finding a groomer that knew exactly how to groom a long haired dog. I have to say that I am SO lucky and blessed that friends have introduced me to Applied Canine Concepts and Gina and Fabian! They have a beautiful training facility in Palm City with an AMAZING groomer! Cindy (the groomer) cut Tito’s hair perfectly and just enough, but not too much as I was so worried it would be cut too short like in the past. She knows her stuff and the results are the best we have had so far! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! My brother just got a German Shepard and I told him to trust no one else except Applied Canine Concepts (due to all of the wasted time and money on other places locally). They were so accommodating in teaching my brother the skills as well as his new puppy. I will most definitely use them in the future if I ever need training tips and tricks and I just started scheduling grooming appointments for every 2 weeks to keep Tito looking good now that I have finally found the most perfect place! Highly Highly recommend!!! The facility is absolutely beautiful and so clean, with amazing staff! I honestly can’t pick a favorite! I love them all!

In June my husband and I had an 8 day trip to Costa Rica planned and I was so stressed out about leaving our 10 month old puppy for the trip. We found Applied Canine Concepts and after our initial meeting with Gina and Fabian we knew we would be leaving him in the best care possible. We had been working with him on basic obedience since day one and wanted him to improve on his obedience while we were away. He qualified for the golden child training and boarding with our main problem area being pulling on leash whether it be from excitement, wanting to play with other dogs and people etc. He worked mostly with Riley during the time we were away and when we got back I was extremely happy with his results! 3 months later and consistent upkeep on Riley’s training instructions and I can take him just about anywhere with peace of mind. We’ve had multiple encounters with untrained off leash dogs where he showed his skills and obedience even in situations where due to lack of owner responsibility I expected him not to. I know that he had the best care/ training possible and am glad we have a place for him to improve when we go on trips that he can’t join us on. Gina and Fabian are the real deal and truly care about caring for and giving your dog the best experience possible. They gave me the ability to enjoy our trip worry free and come home to a pup that has continued to progress on what they taught him since we picked him up 🐾
