ACC (Applied Canine Concepts LLC)

Gina and Fabian saved my sanity! We brought home the cutest 11 week old male Boxer puppy and within a few weeks he not only ruled the house, our life, but also had me at the end of my rope. I thought since I had the time I would watch all the training videos I could and do it myself. I thought it couldn’t be that hard. Well, I was up all night, sleep deprived, cleaning up messes 24/7. The more I tried, the worse he got. He totally had my number. Finnegan, the now 15 week, very willful Boxer is the leader of our pack, and I knew I had to find help. After a very tearful phone call to Gina, we determined a drop off date and I only had to survive until then. This is where Gina and Fabian enter our lives. And by the way, they are still part of our lives. They vowed to never leave us and they haven’t. They are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Finnegan stayed with them for 3 weeks. We received updates and even videos to show us his progress while he was there. We also came to their facility for a couple training sessions for the humans, (that’s us), to ensure we were ready to continue with his training once he was home. Gina and Fabian worked with us and instilled the confidence we needed to help us be successful in moving forward beyond what he had learned during his 3 weeks with them. Finnegan did all the naughty, terrible puppy things before we dropped him off and now he is absolutely perfect. He is the dog I always dreamed of. He still has his quirky personality and we still have the funny boxer “crazy escapades” but he is always aware he is part of our pack and not the leader. He is completely off leash, comes EVERY time he is called by name, the first time, and doesn’t require a second re-call ever. He has learned he wants to be a good dog as Fabian and Gina always say. We can leave a plate of food on the floor all day and he won’t ever touch it. He never goes out a door until we have gone first. He doesn’t jump on anyone, he knows to wait until he is invited into your space and most of all I know that I can keep him safe in public and near streets and cars when we go out. He is that dog you see in videos and never think that could be your dog. I highly recommend Gina and Fabian to anyone who has a pup (regardless their age) that is uncontrollable or just needing some basic skills. Our friends and family can’t believe the transformation. Don’t go another sleepless night, call them today!

Max was with Gena and Fabian for two weeks. The results were fantastic. Not only was he trained for obedience, but he maintained his personality when not on command. We loved the approach and final result. Follow up after the training was great. I did return once with some other newbies. Great information exchange. I have also consulted with them for some additional training with Max to keep him out of some areas we are landscaping, and will be to delicate for Max's rambunctious playing. What a great result there with me following their instructions. Worth every penny we spent. Highly recommend them for sure.

Applied Canine Concepts did an amazing job training our dog. We went from an out of control dog to an obedient and controllable dog which enabled us to have now an amazing dog. They made it extremely easy to uphold the training and answered all of our questions and spent an enornous amount of time with us. They also came to our home and assisted us with setting us up on how to not allow the dog on the couch but only on command. Our relationship with our dog is such a success due to the professional training she received from Applied Canine Concepts. If there were more stars beyond 5 this dog training company certainly would deserve them. Highly recommend!!!!!
